Virgin Wine – you have to be.

Why is it that Virgin Wine think it good customer / marketing tactics to make offers and then deny them at the checkout because you’ve bought from them previously.

New customer only offers have been outlawed in other sectors, why are Virgin Wine still allowed to do it.

We all know what a loss leader offer is, but wouldn’t it be kinder if they didn’t send them to existing customers, and then deny them?
